Hops and Vines offers the following Returns Policy:

Please contact the store as soon as possible after receipt of goods if there are any problems with your order. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases and will happily work with you to resolve any discrepancies or errors. Perishable ingredients are non-returnable unless determined to be defective. Returns of non-perishable merchandise in original condition may be made within 14 days for refund minus shipping costs by original payment method. Returns after the 14 day period must be approved by management and may be eligible for store credit only.
